Irish Cable Bag is off the Needles!

This is it... its completely finished, blocked and all. Phew, I'm glad too since I have a ton of other things I want to be knitting. I had quite a bit of extra yarn from this project, so I decided to make a matching wallet to go with it. The wallet's completed, but I'm going to try embroidering it a little to give it some pizazz! Check back for pictures soon!
And of course I've started my very first pair of socks--thanks to Brookielou for the purchase of the self striping yarn! She just gave her blog a 'facelift' today... it looks great!!
I have only done a few rows of ribbing for the top of the sock. I'm not in a hurry with this pair since its easy to put away and pick back up...I'm thinking this will be my project to go to when my 'main' project (which is nothing, currently) becomes a nightmare.
Then there is the baby cardigan sweater that I bought yarn for a few weeks back. Yes, I actually bought that yarn knowing what to make with it before I even got to the cashier! A rare event for me.
Finally there's that skein of Noro Silk Garden that I've got to make something with. I'm thinking the beanie that Midnight 2 Sticks made might be what I'll do. Her's turned out fantastic!
That's all I can think of for now, but I'm sure I'm completely missing a couple pounds of fiber that I forgot about. Oh well...
